emmaus walk bulletin: 10 March

Dear all Walkers!

My apogies for this late edition of the bulletin. Late nights and
being on the wrong side of 25 just do not go together... But we still
give thanks for being a step closer to Friday and the hallowed
weekend!

Last Sunday in CG
We reflected on sin and, in particular, identified one of the seven
cardinal sins that affect us the most. In Luke 13:1-9, Jesus
recognises that we are all sinners in our own capacity, that we all
need to repent but most importantly, we are always given the chance to
repent until time's up.

This Sunday in CG
Our topic is on reconciliation, and the Gospel reading is very apt,
praise be to God! Do join us!

Other announcements:
1. Bread Run (Wed 17 Mar, 9pm - 1am approx)
If you don't already have something concrete to do for the less
fortunate this Lent, why not join us in the bread run? Bread run will
continue until the end of Lent. This week, Dominic Tan and Glenn Ong
will be organising it as Moses will be away and Gabriel Patrick is
busy serving his nation. We need vehicles and drivers, as well as
manpower. Do contact Domimic or Glenn if you want to help!

Ok that's all from me, have a wonderful weekend and see you all on Sunday!

In His love,
barry
