March is over and we're thick into April! We've had a very happening week since the last bulletin, with Jesus getting taken away, then killed, then rising again! How's this for a very eventful weekend???
Last Sunday at CG
We celebrated Easter Sunday! In the day's Gospel, Peter and the Beloved Disciple saw the empty tomb and believed in the truth of the Resurrection. We are reminded of Mark 1:15, right at the beginning of Lent, with the exhortation "Repent and believe in the Good News!" We spent Lent repenting, and performing our own acts of penance and thanksgiving. In this period of lent, have we managed to experience that change of heart required to believe in the Good News?
This Sunday at CG
Sebby and Deborah bring you a whole new series of CGs! Come join us and journey together as the Emmaus Walk community through this joyous Easter Season! (This Sunday, CG begins at 7.45pm, see announcement 2 below.)

1) Theology of the Body study sessions
begins this Friday, 8-10pm. Contact Moses if you still want to join.
2) Dinner hosted by Moses
is at 7pm at the temporary canteen this Sunday, for the youths and young adults involved in youth and not-so-youthful ministries. Come along! We'll start CG a bit later to accomodate those going for dinner.
3) Breadrun
is on Wednesdays, continues until end of this month. If you're reading this and are wondering when it is, then you've missed this week's! But there is always next week. Contact Dwayne if you want to go!
