Dear all Walkers,
Garfield hates Mondays, and he once said that February is the Monday among the months. However, today is not a Monday, and February has Chinese New Year (read: Bak Kwa, pineapple tarts, etc etc...)!!!
February also marks 1 year of official EW sessions, and we have our Good Old Daddy to thank for all the blessing we have encountered this year! Join us at Mass this Sunday evening as we offer our thanksgivings! Left wing, front 2 rows. Hope you come!
Previously in CG
We reflected on our baptismal calling to be prophets of God, and the costs that being a prophet entails. We can be divided among ourselves and reject other prophets in our midst if we have no love in our hearts and are jealous of the gifts of others. Jesus has shown us that prophets do not look different from others, even if some people expect them to be.
This Week in CG
Apart from Praise and Worship, we also have a special speaker - Gabriel, a missionary based in Kenya and a friend of Fr Henry's - who will share with us about his missionary work and also have a short Q&A session. Do join us, especially if you are contemplating missionary work and would like to at least hear something about it!
